Honda Two-Wheeler Sales Grow 20% in July 2025, Cross 5.15 Lakh Units

Honda Two-Wheeler Sales – honda motorcycle and scooter india (hmsi) reported strong momentum in july 2025, registering total sales of 5,15,378 units, a healthy 20% month-on-month growth compared to june 2025.
of these, 4,66,331 units were sold in the domestic market, while 49,047 units were exported to international markets, showing honda’s growing footprint both in india and abroad.

Year-to-date (april–july 2025) highlights – Honda Two-Wheeler Sales
for the period of april to july 2025 (ytd fy26), honda recorded total cumulative sales of 18,88,242 units, which includes:
- 16,93,036 units sold within india
- 1,95,206 units exported globally
this strong performance was fueled by the continued popularity of models like the honda activa, cb shine, unicorn, and other commuter-friendly offerings that dominate both urban and rural markets.

Celebrating 25 years in India, HMSI launched two new motorcycles, the CB125 Hornet and the Shine 100 DX. Targeted at urban youth, the CB125 Hornet combines aggressive styling with modern features. The Shine 100 DX builds on the success of the Shine series, offering enhanced value for cost-conscious customers. Bookings for both models are now open.
In motorsports, IDEMITSU Honda Racing India participated in Round 3 of the 2025 FIM Asia Road Racing Championship in Japan. Riders Kavin Quintal and Johann Reeves endured a tough race weekend, finishing in 15th & 24th and 31st & 25th positions in Race 1 and 2, respectively, in the Asia Production 250cc class. MotoGP rounds were also held in Germany and the Czech Republic during the month.
